Setting and Ball Control Clinic

Two hours of instruction focusing on setting and ball control. Ball control is the fundamental base of all skills in volleyball.  We will work on many technical aspects of control including balance, independent arms and functional movement. Open to all positions as every player at some point in a volleyball match will need to have confidence playing the second contact; whether setting or passing. Purpose of the clinic is to introduce the younger players to how we train these skills at Elkhorn South High School as well as generate high level training opportunities.
